About XPL REGINA
XPL is Canada's first esports league for elementary and high school kids. Our programs are designed to support young gamers from those starting out, to those needing a bit more monitoring online, all the way to those seeking a more competitive environment.
Our primary ages are 8-16 but we do have full high school groups and soon to introduce an Community League for Adults.
Children play video games at home any time but the programs by XPL take their love of video games and help them develop important life skills. By being around role models and peers in person and in game they build their communication and social skills. By working through our training program they learn strategic thinking, problem solving, in-game skills and computer literacy. They are coached by PCA certified coaches and work with a team similar to traditional sports.
Yes,! We have a community league starting late 2022 for Adults to play.
Leagues run in seasons. We encourage those interested to attend a tryout or assessment for team placement and level recommendation.
